Caramel Chocolates or Milk Chocolate Candies
Original Pretzel Crisps®
Colorful Sour Belts
Miniature Peanut Butter Cups
White Candy Melts
Colorful Luster or Pearl Dust
Clear Liquor or Flavor Extract
Orange Candy Melts
Cookies and Cream Round Candies (or any White, Round Candy)
Cut a thin strip out of a sour belt that is about the diameter of your white round candy. You can snip up the end with clean scissors to give it more of a “scarf” look. Set to the side.
Melt the orange candy melts and use a toothpick to draw a carrot triangle nose on the round, white candy. Repeat the same steps with regular chocolate for dotting the eyes and mouth. Set to the side.
Slice a white candy melt and a miniature peanut butter cup in half. Mix the luster or pearl dust with a drop of alcohol (or flavor extract), then paint with a food safe paint brush onto the candy melt and peanut butter cup.
Place Pretzel Crisps® onto a lined baking sheet. Top with Caramel chocolates or milk chocolates. Bake the sheet in oven at 250 for a couple of minutes, or until chocolates start to shine and soften.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Lightly press in the miniature peanut butter cup, white candy melt, snowman head, and sour belt scarf. Allow to cool and harden. Serve.
