Beer Cheese Dip

Make a baked cheese and beer dip to scoop with your favorite Pretzel Crisps®. This is a perfect comfort appetizer, just in time for fall.

2 garlic cloves
8 ounces of cheese
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup beer
2 teaspoons corn starch

Dice garlic cloves and shred or break up cheese. Add softened cream cheese, garlic cloves, beer and cheese to a food processor. Process until combined and smooth.

Add in corn starch and paprika, and process a little more to combine. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with Pretzel Crisps®.
