Brisket Fondue With Pretzel Crisps®
Whether you love smoking meat, or just checking out local BBQ restaurants, there’s bound to be plenty of leftovers. Rather than letting your brisket dry out, give it new life in a fondue. Scoop up gooey cheese and meat goodness with Buffalo Wing Pretzel Crisps®.
8 ounces beer (1 cup)
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon diced garlic
1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Freshly cracked black pepper
½ cup chopped brisket
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon BBQ sauce
Buffalo Wing Pretzel Crisps®
Use either a fondue pot, or a double boiler for this recipe. Heat to medium high and then pour in the beer, paprika, mustard powder, and diced garlic. Allow this to simmer.
Add cheese, a small handful at a time, whisking until fully melted.
Next, add brisket, black pepper, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Continue whisking together until everything is well combined, and the cheese is smooth.
Either serve while still on medium heat, or pour the mixture into a bowl and consume immediately. Pair with Buffalo Wing Pretzel Crisps® for the perfect flavor combination.
