Chocolate and Pretzel Crisps® Champagne Strawberries
Take your standard chocolate-covered strawberries, add in a splash of champagne, and roll it in Pretzel Crisps® for a fancy upgrade. These crowd-pleasers work anytime of year, from the holidays, to birthdays, Mother and Father’s day, Valentine’s day, and more.
Chocolate melting bark or regular chocolate
Place strawberries in a bowl, then pour champagne over them. Make sure that strawberries are totally submerged in the champagne. Cover in plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight. 24 hours to two days is a healthy amount of time to allow the strawberries to soak up enough champagne.
Remove strawberries from champagne and pat dry with a paper towel. Break up Pretzel Crisps® into small pieces. Melt the chocolate and dip the strawberries into the chocolate. Roll the coated strawberries in Pretzel Crisps® crumbs and place on aluminum foil to cool and harden.
Serve on a pretty platter, or in champagne glasses for a lovely presentation. Upscale and a cinch to create!
