Chocolate Covered Pretzel Crisps® Overnight Oatmeal
Don’t be deceived by this overnight oatmeal. It looks like a decadent chocolate cake, covered in dark chocolate Pretzel Crips®, but really it’s a healthier oatmeal. No added sugar. This no refined sugar recipe can me made the day before to grab and go for breakfast the next day.
2 1/2 cup almond milk, regular milk
3 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons cacao powder
4 T honey or agave
Dark Chocolate Covered Pretzel Crisps®
Mix all ingredients together, except for the Pretzel Crisps®. Feel free to add more or less honey to taste. Store in sealed jars or containers. Store for one or two nights.
Before serving, stir in some broken chocolate covered Pretzel Crisps®. Top with more chocolate covered Pretzel Crisps®. If you are feeling adventurous, drizzle some warm almond butter on top.
