Easy Gluten Free Pretzel Crisps® Crusted Salmon
Talk about an easy dinner! This crusted salmon takes less than 30 minutes to make, is gluten free and delicious. You can even teach kids to make it with some adult assistance.
Gluten Free Original Pretzel Crisps® Minis
Process Pretzel Crisps® in a food processor to make your crumbs. Set aside.
Press paper towels against salmon filets to dry. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place salmon filets on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Squeeze lemon over each. Season thoroughly with salt, pepper and dill. Cover each with Pretzel Crisps® crumbs and place in oven.
Bake for about 10 minutes for every inch thick that the salmon filets measure. You will be able to tell the salmon is doe when it flakes easily with a fork or the internal temperature has reached 145 degrees.
