Fall Brussels Sprouts Slaw

Brussels sprouts are a vegetable that can be enjoyed year round. Create this brussels sprouts slaw as a healthy side or a main dish for lunch. Add in Gluten Free Original Pretzel Crisps® Minis for a crunchy and healthy alternative to croutons.

3 1/2 cups of Brussels sprouts
Slivered almonds
Dried cranberries
Gluten Free Original Pretzel Crisps® Minis

¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, pressed or minced
¼ teaspoon sea salt

Whisk all dressing ingredients together and set to the side.


Wash brussels sprouts and toss into a food processor. Break down into small pieces. Toss in the dressing. Add in almonds and cranberries to taste. Top with crunchy Gluten Free Pretzel Crisps®.brussel-salad_shredded
