Guacamole cactus appetizers are a stylish and festive way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo!
Optional: Coarse grain pink salt

Spoon guacamole into a food processor. Pulse until guacamole has no lumps, and is smooth throughout. Scoop into a piping bag, and cut off the tip. You want to cut off enough so that the guacamole pushes through when you squeeze, but small enough to still control the flow.
Pipe out various shapes of cacti onto Pretzel Crisps. As an option, place a few grains of pink salt to look like flowers on the cacti.
