Pretzel Crisps® Crusted Brussel Sprouts with Garlic & Pecorino
This holiday season, you are going to be eating more than usual. Create a dish that is healthy but doesn’t skimp out on indulgent flavor. These roasted brussel sprouts are incredibly easy. Not only are they healthy, but packed with a sharp cheesy and garlic goodness. Top with a Pretzel Crisps® crusting for added texture and taste.
16 oz brussel sprouts
1/8 lb of Pecorino cheese (any hard Italian cheese will work)
1T olive oil
2 garlic cloves or more
Your favorite flavor Pretzel Crisps®
Begin by preparing your brussel sprouts. Rinse off and trim the stems. Slice each in half, then toss all in 1 T of olive oil. Shred Pecorino cheese, and mince garlic. Mix into brussel sprouts, then add enough sea salt to taste.
Process Pretzel Crisps® in a food processor or a blender into crumbs. Scoop brussel sprouts into a baking dish, then shake Pretzel Crisps® crumbs on top of sprouts to lightly coat.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until brussel sprouts are no longer firm and slightly browned on top.
