Pretzel Crisps® Nacho Quesadillas
Create a quesadilla snack that’s unique and delicious using Pretzel Crisps®. These are easy to make, either filled with steak, chicken or vegetables.
Orignal Pretzel Crisps®
Sliced vegetables (onions and bell peppers)
Optional: Chicken or steak, sliced into strips
For a fresh quesadilla, use a variety of vegetables. You can modify it to your preference, adding in or leaving out whichever ingredients your prefer.
Heat a pan to medium and drizzle with olive oil. Lightly sauté vegetables on medium heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Should you desire chicken or steak, cook accordingly. Allow steak or chicken to sit for a few minutes on a cutting board once cooked, then cut into thin slices.
Construct quesadilla by forming Pretzel Crisps® into a round circle on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Keep the circle small to make the quesadilla easy for handling. Cover with cheese, then add corn, black beans, vegetables, and meat.
Top with more cheese, then place Pretzel Crisps® in a circle on top. Try to keep your quesadilla thinner than pictured. A layer of cheese on bottom and top is essential to keeping Pretzel Crisps® together as a quesadilla.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Use a large spatula to separate cheese from aluminum foil. If the cheese is too melted, then wait for it to cool more for quesadilla to stick together. Slice with a very sharp, large knife and serve.
