Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Turn breakfast into a hearty meal that is more guiltless than it tastes. Pumpkin pie oatmeal can be made ahead of time for guest visits during the holidays.


1 ¾ cup milk
1 cup oats
¼ cup pumpkin puree
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Maple syrup
Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Crisps®

Heat milk in a saucepan over medium. Once it begins to bubble around the edges, add oats. Cook oatmeal until milk is almost absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla.

Top with Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Crisps®, walnuts, and maple syrup.
