1 Apples, Peeled and Diced (About 2 Cups)
1/2 a Lemon
2/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Heaping Tablespoons Cornstarch
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 1/2 Cups Water

Vanilla Ice Cream
Caramel Sauce


  1. Cut apples and mix with juice from half of a lemon. Set to the side.
  2. Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and water in a sauce pan. Stir and bring to boil. Add apples, for two minutes, then lower to simmer. Cook on low simmer until apples are tender. Remove from heat and cool.
  3. Scoop apple filling onto Pretzel Crisps®. Top with scoops of ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
