Original Pretzel Crisps®
1 tablespoon honey
3-4 teaspoons mustard
1-2 teaspoons avocado, pureed (or finely mashed) Bacon, cut into halves


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Wrap shrimp with a piece of bacon, secure with toothpick and lay on a baking sheet. Cover sheet with aluminum foil and bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 min. While baking, mix honey, mustard and avocado together in a bowl, to taste. Top each of the Pretzel Crisps® with a bacon wrapped shrimp and a drizzle of avocado honey mustard sauce and serve.
  3. (Optional: cook bacon halfway in a skillet, drain oil on paper towels, then wrap bacon. This ensures a more evenly cooked piece of bacon)
