Original Pretzel Crisps®
4 Eggs
4 Slices of Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)
2 Tablespoons Milk
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Spinach
Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese


  1. Whisk together eggs, bacon, milk, spinach and 1/2 the cheese in a bowl, then scramble in a nonstick frying pan. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Top Pretzel Crisps® with the scramble and a sprinkle of the remaining cheese. Put on microwave safe plate and heat for 10 seconds in the microwave or until the cheese melts.
