Original Pretzel Crisps®
2 Large Ripe Bananas
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter


  1. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Cut bananas into rounds of about 1/4 inch thickness and add butter to a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the banana slices in the cinnamon and sugar and when the butter is bubbling, add the bananas to the pan. Let the bananas cook for around 3 minutes, tossing them every so often to ensure they are fully coated.
  3. Stack the sautéed bananas between two Original Pretzel Crisps® and enjoy!
