1 Cauliflower Head
Sundried Tomato – Thinly Sliced
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Chop cauliflower florets into bite size pieces. Toss with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Top Pretzel Crisps® with roasted cauliflower, sundried tomato and parlsey.
