1/4 cup Beef Stock
4 Ounces Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Envelope Onion Soup Powder Mix
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme Leaves
Sprinkle Black Pepper to Taste
1/2 cup Shredded Gruyere Cheese Plus More
Original or Sourdough Pretzel Crisps®
- Heat beef stock in a skillet on medium heat (grill or stove works). Add cream cheese and stir until melted, then stir in sour cream.
- Add onion soup mix, fresh thyme, and a dash of black pepper. Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
- Top with additional cheese, then either broil on low in oven, or bake in covered grill until bubbly. Serve with Pretzel Crisps®.
