18 Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Crisps®
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup of Boursin Garlic cheese
1 yellow onion sliced thin
2 tsp. of honey
1 (8oz.) beef tenderloins grilled and sliced thin
2 tbsp. of fresh minced rosemary chopped


  1. In a sauce pan, sauté olive oil with onion and honey. Set aside grill beef until medium. Cut into bite size pieces. Spread 1 tsp. of cheese on each Pretzel Crisps®. Top with 1 tsp. of caramelized onion. Put one piece of bite size beef on top of onions on each Pretzel Crisps®. Sprinkle with rosemary.
