Gluten Free Pretzel Crisps® Minis
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
3 T butter, softened
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tsp mint extract
Green food coloring
Gluten free chocolate cookies


  1. Cream butter in a mixer, then add cream cheese. Mix sugar, then mint extract, and a dot of food coloring.
  2. Pipe on top of Gluten Free Pretzel Crisps® Minis. Top each with another Pretzel Crisps® to form a sandwich.
  3. If cream cheese is too soft, feel free to firm up in refrigerator. Roll sides in chocolate cookie crumble, or press in candy for a festive effect.
