1 bag of Japelpeno Jack or Everything Pretzel Crisps®
3.5 ounce jar roasted red pepper – diced
8 ounce 1/3 less fat cream cheese – room temperature
1 cup Pepper Jack cheese – shredded
1 cup Mozzarella – shredded
½ small onion - minced
1 tablespoon garlic power
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients and place in a baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Serve hot with Japelpeno Jack or Everything Pretzel Crisps®.
