Everything Pretzel Crisps®
2 Large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, poached
1/4 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Celery, diced
Salt & Pepper


  1. Dice poached chicken breasts and place in a large bowl. Mix in Greek yogurt, celery and any other add ins. Season well with salt, pepper and any other seasoning.
  2. Place a healthy scoop of chicken salad between Everything Pretzel Crisps® and serve.
