1 cup Original Pretzel Crisps® with 1/8 tsp cinnamon added
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 Tbsp butter, melted
3/4 cup chive & onion cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
10 oz. guava paste, cut into 1” chunks
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup water


  1. Mix together crushed Pretzel Crisps, 1/4 cup sugar and butter, and press half of Pretzel Crisps® mixture into the bottom of 12 small parfait glasses to form the bottom layer.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the guava paste chunks, water, 1/4 cup remaining sugar and lime juice. Heat on medium-low to melt the paste and sugar, whisking occasionally until dissolved. Pour guava mixture into a blender and puree until smooth. Set aside to let cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Add some of the cheese mixture to each parfait glass to form the middle layer. Level off this layer as best you can for a neat appearance. Add some of the guava mixture on top of the cream cheese mixture in each glass to form the third layer.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining Pretzel Crisps® dust on top to form the top layer. Refrigerate 1 hour or more to help set, serve cool. Makes 12 or more small parfaits (as shown in picture) or 4-6 medium-sized parfaits.
