Lamb stock


  1. Take ground lamb, add one egg and ground pretzel crisps, 1 anchovy filet, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper. Form small meatballs. Take lamb stock and add pureed Italian cherries and garlic and cook until reduced by half. Place meatballs in a small sauce pan and saute until brown. Add to sauce and cook on low-medium heat for 10 minutes, then add fresh chopped mint. Skewer on rosemary stems and serve with a drape of sauce and garnish with mint. ENJOY!
