Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Crisps®
1 Fresh Tomato, Thinly Sliced
Marinara Sauce
4 Ounces Ricotta Cheese
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
4 Ounces Italian Cheese Blend, Shredded
1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Chopped
1 Link Italian Sausage, Cooked and Crumbled


  1. In a bowl, blend the ricotta, garlic, Italian cheese blend and basil. On each of the Pretzel Crisps®, place a slice of fresh tomato and then spread a thin layer of Marinara on top. Then add a spoonful of the ricotta mixture and sprinkle of Italian sausage.
  2. Heat under broiler for 3-4 minutes.
