Ingredients

36 Chipotle Cheddar Pretzel Crisps®
2 Cups Roasted Chicken, Chopped
2 Cups Hickory Flavored Barbecue Sauce
8 Slices Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese Blend
1 Small Minced Chipotle Pepper, Plus 1 Teaspoon Adobo Sauce 1 Teaspoon Maple Flavoring
6 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a 12x18 inch baking sheet with parchment paper and lay 36 Chipotle Cheddar Pretzel Crisps® on the sheet.
  2. In a medium microwave safe bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, chipotle pepper and adobo sauce. Warm the sauce in the microwave for 2 minutes, then stir in 1 teaspoon of maple flavoring.
  3. To assemble, arrange 1 teaspoon of chopped chicken on top of Pretzel Crisps®. Drizzle the chicken with 1 teaspoon of barbecue sauce and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of cheese. Place into the preheated oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the sauce is bubbly. Remove from the oven and arrange on a serving platter. Sprinkle each crisp with crumbled bacon and garnish with chopped green onion. Serve any remaining maple chipotle barbecue sauce on the side.
