1 Bag Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Crisps®
1 Tablespoon Extra virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
10 Ounces Baby Portabella Mushrooms, Chopped
5 Ounces Shitake or Other Mushroom, Chopped
5 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme, Minced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, Minced
1 Tablespoon Truffle Oil (Optional)
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Salt to Taste


  1. Put oil and butter in a pan and bring to medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, 5-7 minutes. Add garlic, thyme and rosemary and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add truffle oil, Parmesan and salt. When cheese is melted take mixture off the heat and spoon about 1 tablespoon worth of mixture on all Pretzel Crisps®. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
