Original Pretzel Crisps®
4 cloves garlic (3 cloves chopped, 1 minced)
6-8 oz. Goat Cheese
½ Cup Butter
1 Small Onion, Chopped
4 to 5 Oz. Marinated Mushrooms, Drained and Chopped
½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. Process minced garlic and goat cheese in food processor until thoroughly combined and then set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add remaining garlic and onion. Sauté until just slightly browned. Stir in mushrooms, goat cheese mixture and cheddar cheese and mix until well blended. Serve warm!
