1 tablespoon unsalted butter
4 oz. kielbasa sausage, sliced into
1/2 in. rounds
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
1 cup sauerkraut
7.2 oz. bag Original Deli Style Pretzel Crisps


  1. Place large pot over medium heat. Add butter to pot to melt. Once melted, add sausage, onion, salt, and pepper. Cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn heat to low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese and mustard until smooth and free of lumps.
  2. To make your bites, spread a thin layer of mustard cream cheese over pretzel crisp. Place a small amount of sauerkraut over the mustard mixture, then top with one sausage round and a small pile of onion. Makes 50 bites
