Everything Pretzel Crisps®
1/2 pound any cut of beef, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon oil
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
2 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoons half and half
1 onion
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 red bell pepper, julienned


  1. Heat oil in pan and sauté beef until all pink is gone. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Add cream cheese and half and half in meat pan to melt and marinate. In another pan, sauté thinly sliced onion until caramelized. Remove and place thinly sliced mushrooms and sauté until mushrooms are soft. Cut 1/2 bell pepper into julienne strips and place in hot pan to saute slightly to heated state (peppers should remain crisp).
  2. Place Everything Pretzel Crisps® on plate, top with Philly meat mixture, then onions, a few strips of bell pepper and one mushroom slice.
