2 tbsp canola oil
2 cups fresh plums, diced
2 shallots, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. agave nectar
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. truffle salt
Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 bag Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps®
1 small bunch fresh chives, chopped finely


  1. Sauté shallots and garlic in oil 2 minutes. Add plums and sauté until soft, 8-10 minutes. Pour in agave and balsamic vinegar, cook until liquid reduces and thickens. Let cool. Season ricotta with truffle salt & pepper. Spread seasoned ricotta on Pretzel Crisps®. Spoon a teaspoon of cooled plum mixture over seasoned ricotta. Garnish with fresh chives. Enjoy!
