Sriracha and Lime Pretzel Crisps®
1/4 cup almond milk
1 egg
1/4 cup flour plus extra flour
Large sweet onions
1 large avocado
1/4 cup or more of almond milk
Dill seasoning
Onion powder


  1. Combine 1/4 cup milk and 1 egg, then whisk in 1/4 cup flour. Mix an additional bowl of flour with salt, pepper, and paprika. Slice onions, then drudge in flour. Dip in milk mixture, then coat with Pretzel Crisps® crumbs.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes. Turn onions over and bake an additional 14 minutes or until crispy.
  3. Process avocado, then pour in almond milk until desired consistency. Add in salt, pepper, dill, and onion powder to taste. Use as a dip with your onion rings.
