40 whole Garlic Parmesan-Flavored Pretzel Crisps®
2 Tablespoon finely crushed Garlic Parmesan-Flavored Pretzel Crisps® (using any broken pieces)
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
2 Tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
8 ounces raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon lemon zest
3 Tablespoons minced crystallized ginger
3 Tablespoons sweet chili sauce


  1. Stir together onion, parsley, pepper, cayenne, egg yolk, mayonnaise, butter, parmesan and crushed Pretzel Crisps®. Fold in chopped shrimp and let stand while continuing with recipe. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Place 20 whole Pretzel Crisps® (salted side up) on sheet. Firmly mound the shrimp mixture on top of each Pretzel Crisps®. Place another Pretzel Crisps® (salted side up) over each, pressing very lightly to adhere; refrigerate 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400º. Mix all sauce ingredients together; set aside. Bake Pretzel Shrimp Toasts for 12 minutes or until shrimp mixture is done. Serve immediately with sauce and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
