Ingredients

Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Crisps®
Cucumber Seeded and Cubed
Bacon Fat
White Onion, Thinly Sliced
Manchego Cheese, Grated
Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. Caramelize onion in bacon fat, then drain excess fat from onions on a paper towel. In a bowl, mix onions, cucumber and pepper. Top all Pretzel Crisps® with a spoonful of the mixture and cheese.
