¼ lb. Tuna
1 Ripe Avocado – Thinly Sliced
Micro Greens
Olive Oil
Cracked Pepper
Course Sea Salt


  1. Coat tuna with cracked pepper and sea salt.
  2. Heat pan on high, add oil and sear tuna for 4 minutes on each side. Let cool and thinly slice.
  3. Add tuna, avocado on top of Pretzel Crisps® and garnish with micro greens.
