Lettuce (Large Leaves)
Cocktail Sauce
2 Pounds Large Shrimp (16 to 18 Count)
1 Halved Lemon
2 Dried Bay Leaves
1 Tablespoon Salt


  1. Prepare the shrimp by filling a large pot with water and adding lemon, bay leaves, and salt. Bring the water to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Return to a boil. Add shrimp. Cook until bright pink and opaque, about 1 minute 45 seconds.
  2. Transfer shrimp to a wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet. Cover with ice, and let cool for about 5 minutes.
  3. Arrange the shrimp on top of lettuce and Pretzel Crisps® in a design of your choice. Place a few shrimp on top of Original Pretzel Crisps® and top with cocktail sauce.
