1 lb Flat Iron Steak
1 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
1 1/2 Cup Diced Bell Pepper
8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup of Shredded Cheese + More for Topping
Original Pretzel Crisps®
- Heat pan to medium-high. Pour a light drizzle of cooking oil. Lay steak down on the pan and allow it to sear so that the bottom has a brown crust. Turn over to sear the other side, then lower heat to medium and cover for about 5 minutes. Remove steak and rest on cutting board for 10 minutes. Slice into small pieces.
- Continue heating pan, and cook onion and bell pepper while steak rests. Remove from heat.
- Mix all ingredients together, except for Pretzel Crisps®. Spread into a baking dish. Top with additional shredded cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees, or until bubbling.
- Remove from oven and serve with Pretzel Crisps®.
