1 lb Flat Iron Steak
1 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
1 1/2 Cup Diced Bell Pepper
8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup of Shredded Cheese + More for Topping
Original Pretzel Crisps®


  1. Heat pan to medium-high. Pour a light drizzle of cooking oil. Lay steak down on the pan and allow it to sear so that the bottom has a brown crust. Turn over to sear the other side, then lower heat to medium and cover for about 5 minutes. Remove steak and rest on cutting board for 10 minutes. Slice into small pieces.
  2. Continue heating pan, and cook onion and bell pepper while steak rests. Remove from heat.
  3. Mix all ingredients together, except for Pretzel Crisps®. Spread into a baking dish. Top with additional shredded cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees, or until bubbling.
  4. Remove from oven and serve with Pretzel Crisps®.
