1 Package Strawberry Jello
2 Cups Water, Boiling
2 1/2 Cups Crushed Pretzel Crisps®
¼ Cup Granulated Suga
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
8 oz Package Cream Cheese, softened
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
8 oz Whipped Topping
1 lb Strawberries, Sliced

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and crush up Pretzel Crisps® in a plastic bag. In a pan, melt the butter and then add sugar and stir well. Mix in the crushed pretzels and pour the mix into a casserole dish, pressing the mix evenly across the bottom of the dish. Bake for about 10 minutes and then allow the dish to cool to room temp.
  2. Prepare the jello by combining the powder with 2 cups of boiling water. Set aside and let cool.
  3. Use a mixer to beat the cream cheese and sugar (on med/high) until fluffy and white. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread the mixture over the pretzels, going all the way to the edges of the dish to create a layer between pretzels and the jello soon to be on top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir the sliced berries into the room temp jello and then pour the mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until the jello is firm. Finish with an Original Pretzel Crisps® on top.
