1 Vanilla Bean
1/4 Cup +2 T Cold Heavy Cream
1 Package of Cream Cheese, Softened to Room Temperature
1/4 Cup Sugar
Original Pretzel Crisps®


  1. Slice vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds into a bowl of cold heavy cream.
  2. Beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer. Once the cream has turned into whipped cream, fold it into softened cream cheese along with the sugar. Scoop this mixture into the bottom of the jars. 
  3. Grind Original Pretzel Crisps® into crumbs using a food processor. Sprinkle them on top of the cream cheese. Dice up strawberries and spoon them into the jars. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: About 5 small jars
