Original Pretzel Crisps®
2 Lbs Sweet Potatoes, Peeled
4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar
Mini Marshmallows


  1. To prepare mashed sweet potatoes: In a large saucepan, combine butter, cream, salt, sugar and sweet potatoes. Cook on low heat, covered, until the potatoes fall apart. Take off the heat and mash the potatoes with a masher. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Top Original Pretzel Crisps® with the mashed sweet potatoes and then add mini marshmallows. Place in the oven at a low heat until the tops of the marshmallows brown.
