14 Pretzel Crisps® Everything Deli Style
2 oz. cream cheese
2 oz premium sliced smoked salmon chopped fine
1/2 lemon zest & juice
½ cup fresh mango chopped in small cubes
1 tablespoon cilantro


  1. In a small mixing bowl, add cream cheese smoked salmon and lemon zest and mix until well incorporated. In another small mixing bowl add mango, cilantro and lemon juice mix until well incorporated.
  2. Lay Pretzel Crisps® flat on a serving platter spread an equal amount of salmon mixture on top of each Pretzel Crisps®. Top the salmon mixture with a little bit of mango salsa. Serve immediately.
