Spicy Sausage & Beer Cheese Dip

  • Everything Pretzel Crisps
  • 16 Ounces Pork Hot Sausage
  • 3/4 Cup Beer
  • 2 8 oz Bars of Cream Cheese
  • 3 1/4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Sliced Green Onions
  • 1. Cook sausage and drain on a paper towel. Process 2 1/4 cups of cheese, beer, cream cheese and garlic powder in a food processor. Fold in the sausage and the rest of the shredded cheese, except for a handful.
  • 2. Spoon this into a baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Top with green onions and serve with Everything Pretzel Crisps.
