Pretzel Crisps® Salmon Burgers

Salmon can feel very repetitive as it is often prepared the same way for meals. Switch it up with this easy cheddar & jalapeño salmon burger. It’s very simple and will make your salmon exciting again.


1 1/4 lbs salmon
2 T of Pretzel Crisps® crumbs
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
A pinch of ground white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
Servings: 2-3

Place salmon filets in a food processor. Make sure if they have skin on them, to slice the skin off first. Pulse the food processor until the salmon is ground up. You want to just barely process it, so only a few pulses should do the trick.

Combine with Pretzel Crisps® crumbs in a bowl. Add all of the spices. Gently combine together with your hands. Form into patties.

Heat the cooking oil in a pan to medium. Place the patties in the oil and place a lid on top of the pan. Cook until the bottom is browned and seared well. Flip. Place the lid back on. Once browned, remove from the pan. Serve on buns with your choice of toppings.
