Thai Stir Fry Pretzel Crisps® Salad
Thai lettuce wraps are fun to eat, so why not spin it into a fun appetizer to nosh on? Take the components of a Thai lettuce wrap and put it into a bowl so you can scoop it up with your favorite flavored Pretzel Crisps®. Share with friends, or bring to a party.
4 ounces mushrooms, chopped small
1 red pepper, diced
4 oz shredded carrots
1 lb ground turkey or chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
One 8-oz can diced water chestnuts
8 oz bag Sauce for Lettuce Wraps (in the international aisle of your grocery store)
Sliced green onions
Sesame Pretzel Crisps®
Line a cooking pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Heat to medium low and lightly cook mushrooms, carrots, and red pepper. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from pan.
Heat pan to medium then line with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Add ground turkey and begin to break up with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic, then continue breaking up turkey meat with spatula until cooked.
Add in about half of an 8-oz bag of sauce for lettuce wraps and diced water chestnuts. You want it coated with sauce, but not swimming in it.
Combine all ingredients and serve with Pretzel Crisps®.
