Sweet Potato Hummus

Take a party and snack favorite, throw in a little Fall, and you have yourself a sweet potato hummus. You only have to use measuring utensils and a food processor for this one step recipe.


Pretzel Crisps®
1 baked sweet potato, skin discarded
1 can of chickpeas, drained
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon salt

Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth. Serve in a bowl with Pretzel Crisps® for dipping. As a nice garnish option, you can top your sweet potato hummus with olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
