Very Berry Pretzel Crisps® Power Bars
Healthy snacks are hard to come by, so use Pretzel Crisps® to create homemade power bars. The only sugar you will find is from the fruit, and the ingredients are simple and straightforward. Make a large batch and store for days when you’re on the go or packing a lunch. The Pretzel Crisps® add a crunchy and salty punch to your power treats.
1 3/4 cup nuts
¼ Cup of Pretzel Crisps® crumbs
1 cup pitted dried dates
2 cups dried fruit
Use a food processor to break up nuts into crumbs. Add Pretzel Crisps® crumbs and process some more.
Toss in your dried fruit. We recommend dried strawberries, cranberries, and blueberries for a very berry treat. Add in dates and process for several minutes, until everything is mixed and crumbly.
Line a square pan (8×8 or 10×10) with parchment paper, then press mixture into pan so that it is even. Chill in the fridge, then cut into bars. Top with Pretzel Crisps®
