½ cup plain fat-free Greek style yogurt
2 ripe avocados – peeled, seeded and mashed
¼ cup red onion - finely chopped
3 tablespoon cilantro - chopped
1 tablespoon japapeno pepper – finely chopped (optional)
4 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper or Buffalo Wing Pretzel Crisps®.
