Original Pretzel Crisps® Minis
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups any rice cereal
6oz or 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels


  1. Combine corn syrup and sugar in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, mixing well. Add rice cereal and stir until well coated.
  3. Press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray and set aside.
  4. Melt chocolate morsels in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly and then spread evenly over cereal mixture. Let stand until almost firm and then press Original Pretzel Crisps® Minis into the chocolate on top. Cut into squares once cool.
