16 Original Pretzel Crisps®
1/3 Cup Onion & Chive Cream Cheese Spread, at Room Temperature
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Diced Pitted Herb & Cabernet Marinated Kalamata Olives 1/2 Teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
1/4 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Hickory Smoked Mustard
16 English Cucumber Slices, Skin-On
3 Ounce Package Smoked Salmon, Drained and Flaked
Lemon Zest From 1 Lemon
16 Two-Inch Pieces of Chive


  1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, olives, horseradish, Worcestershire, garlic and mustard.
  2. Place a cucumber slice on each of the Pretzel Crisps®, spread equal amounts of the cream cheese mixture and top with smoked salmon. Use a micro plane and zest a lemon over them.
  3. Finish by dropping a piece of chive on Pretzel Crisps®.
