Ingredients

Broken up Pretzel Crisps®
Pancake Batter, Homemade or Store Mix
Cooked Strips of Bacon (Very Soft and Not Crispy)

Directions

  1. Prepare your pancake batter and bacon. Make certain the bacon is a touch undercooked or very soft, as it will be cooked briefly a second time.
  2. Heat a skillet to medium high and grease lightly with butter or cooking oil. Pour a long, narrow strip of batter onto skillet, then place a strip of bacon on top. Crumble up Pretzel Crisps® and sprinkle on top of batter around bacon strip.
  3. Once bottom of pancake has cooked, turn over and press down very firmly. Make certain to press down all sides right after you flip it. Allow to sit on skillet until cooked throughout.
