1 Bag Original Pretzel Crisps®
2 Sticks of Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
12 Ounce Bag of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and cover an 11×17 baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place Original Pretzel Crisps® on the baking sheet to form a single layer.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar once the butter has melted down and stir well. Allow mixture to simmer and bubble, but not boil. Stir occasionally (allow about 3 minutes to caramelize).
  3. Pour the caramelized mix over the Pretzel Crisps® on the baking sheet and then bake for about 5-7 minutes. Allow to then cool completely.
  4. Melt down the chocolate chips in the microwave and pour the chocolate over the Pretzel Crisps® and caramel, making sure to spread evenly over the other layers (feel free to also use a spatula).
  5. Place baking sheet in the fridge for 60 minutes to allow it to cool. Once hardened, remove from the fridge and peel off aluminum foil from the back. Break the bark into pieces and serve.
